I suffer from horrible social anxiety and i’m trying to find a job I know I can handle. I came across a medical billing/coding program at my local college and i’m wondering if this would be right for me. What exactly would the work environment be like?

I am considering a part-time job or work-at-home business and would like a general idea of the kind of work that this is.
My girlfriend was reading through job postings. Most of them make mention of SQL and JAVA script. Currently I am proficient in Assembly on various platforms, C, C++, Visual Basic 6. I have some experience with C#, and VB.NET.
What do you think is best to learn next?
