The job is not mentally difficult. There is an opening for a sit down job as a biller & they will pretty much train me if I get it. The money is about the same. I would like the chance to learn a new skill & I enjoy helping people on the phone. My present job is not very challenging. What do you suggest?
I’m just afraid I might not be able to do it & then won’t have a job. I have excellent benefits with both jobs.
Both jobs are within the same company & building. Sorry.

In school I took Medical Terminology but when I look in the classifieds they have Health Information Technology and I found out was more in the Medical Records Area. Which left me with the question, What do I need to know to be a Medical Records Clerk? Any input would be gladly appreciated.
