I would like to read every single word of the healthcare bill currently being voted on by congress. Where can I do that? (online)

I know that I’m not. If they want to play games and try the smoke and mirrors routine to sidetrack opposition to the healthcare bill they can go for it but I am going to keep after Healthcare.
Has the healthcare bill been introduced yet? If not, why not?
When is it going to be voted on?
Why are they dragging it out for so long? I thought that there was a specific amount of time for something to go thru the legal process to be voted on?
