What do you do when you get a medical bill for services that you have never had done or even heard of ?

I keep receiving bills in the mail for services that I have never had, I have called the billing dept. several times and they keep telling they will look into it, and get back to me. SURPRISE!!! They never do, I am at my wits end with these people, what should I do?
