What are the best online schools or programs where you can get at least a certificate or degree in Medical Billing & Coding. I would like to learn online or distance learning to get some kind of certificate or degree in Medical Billing & Coding. An accredited program would be nice.

I’ve been reading at this site. Considering doing this myself. Although I am not sure if I will take classes at the junior college in town or through this site.
