   There are not a lot of Medical Billing Clerk jobs available in Hawaii. You may find one or two. As for the wage, I don’t know what is “decent” to you, but the cost of living in Hawaii is higher than in the states so you would be paid more in Hawaii.

   There are numerous jobs here for billing clerks. Experience with an electronic health records or Blue Cross/Blue Shield is a big plus.
