I took an on-line medical billing class, and I feel like I don’t know anything?! help?

I even got an A in the, but I don’t feel confident enough to get a job doing medical billing, I feel like I won’t know what I am doing. Will they train me on the job even though I took the course? Should I get a job doing this?

With only one course? No. I am taking a two-year degree, part online, part classroom. That’s what I suggest.
Thats why those online courses are not good. Companies know they do not teach to an adequate level.
And while the courses claim you can get a job, they are usually not always telling the truth.
why should the new job train you on the job? You are supposed to already know what you are doing. And you didnt get any hands on experience, which doesnt help.
You could say you have some some knowledge and that you are a fast learner.
Or you could build on what you learned, and go to college and do a REAL course that doctors will accept.
