I am looking to work from home as a medical biller.?

I have a medical billing and coding certificate. I have been working in the field as a medical biller for about 2 1/2 years. I realy want to be at home with my family. If anyone knows how to find a job as a medical biller working from a home office please let me know.

Medical billers can work at home but it requires specialized training that you aren’t going to get on some spammer web site. Most of the people doing medical billing from home did it in doctors offices and hospitals prior to working from home. Contact you local community college to get more information and what ever you do, DO NOT PAY FOR ANY SERVICES THROUGH THE INTERNET.
I don’t know, but I was suckered into getting “certified” through a corrospondance coarse, and was laughed out of every office I went to to try to get a job at home doing medical billing.
Hope you have better luck. I’d start out by asking around where you work if they would allow you to work from home, or do they know anyone who does.
