I am interested in learning medical coding and billing and need to do it online. What is a good school?

If anyone does medical coding and billing, I would be interested in knowing more about what billers and coders do at work.

There aren’t supposed to be too many jobs for the medical biller/coder (or medical assistants) despite what career schools proclaim
Please also steer clear of online, for profit schools such as university of phoenix, penn foster, stratford career, strayer and others: http://www.uopsucks.com
Perhaps look into a more affordable program, if still interested, at the county vo-tech school or community college (perhaps non credit course).
