   Bravo for trying. It’s over 1,000 pages and will look very different by the time it gets through both houses. It’s good to be informed and many Americans are operating on really bizarre ideas of what the bill says.

   The website that “Penny Lee” provided is the best one but I hope you can read “Legalese” for long periods. Of course, since this bill is written by trial lawyers, congress will be exempt from it.
