Does anyone here do medical billing? which online school is best?

I am really interested in medical billing bc a family friend needs help and I can use the extra cash! Only thing is I need experience and need it fast. Is there a good online school/class I can take that wont take too long? I need the money! I have another baby on the way!

Here is a whole list of online schools that offer medical programs. It is usually a pretty fast course to get certified in Medical Billing. It is a very popular field to get into and lots of schools offer it. I hope you can find what you are looking for. That site has a great section on financial aid as well if that would be helpful. Stay away from internet schools unless they are registered with your state or are a recognized school by the federal government. It is better to go to a school locally that teaches you medical billing, there are too many if, but and ands to the jobs. Nothing is cut and dry!
