Anyone know of a good online Medical Billing school or program?

   There are actually not supposed to be too many jobs for the medical biller (coder or medical assistant) despite what private $$ schools say Please forgo those online, for-profit schools too such as penn foster, stratford career, university of phoenix, capella: http://www.capellauniversitysucks.us

   If still interested in training, perhaps look into the county vo-tech school or community college (perhaps non-credit course) as they tend to be much more affordable.
